To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.

God Was in Christ…Reconciling

God effected a change in the world’s standing before Him – from enmity to friendship when He reconciled the world unto Himself. If God is not imputing their trespasses unto them, what is left to indict them? If the word of reconciliation has been committed to the church, and the church is not preaching the message of reconciliation in its entirety, we will have to answer for that.
