Where does the doctrine of Universal Reconciliation come from?

The doctrine comes from the heart of God and translated to us through His Word. One look at the wealth of Biblical proof texts (listed to the left of these FAQs) can convince anyone who is not allowing their predisposition toward eternal conscious torment to block their view of the truth like I did for 40 years.

Not only is the Bible replete with scripture after scripture, but Universal Reconciliation is consistent with a loving God who chooses to be seen as a “Heavenly Father”. It is consistent with an omnipotent God who is not powerless to save all of those He loves, and it is consistent with an omniscient God who devised a masterful plan before the ages began to reconcile all things to Himself.

It is interesting to note as well that Universal Reconciliation was the prevailing doctrine of the early church for the first 500 years after the death of the Apostles.
