Are you saying that all religions lead to God?

Absolutely not!

All religions do not lead to God. God leads us to God. It is only by the mercies of a loving God that we are not consumed. (Lamentations 3:22-23) The goodness of God leads us to repentance (Romans 2:4) and His gifts are given freely. God, by His wisdom, foreknowledge, and power has a plan whereby all of humanity, without exception, will be reconciled to Himself by the blood of the cross. The passages of scripture listed to the left of these FAQs are plenty to support that assertion.
